Origin tickets – what you need to know

Getting your hands on State of Origin tickets for a match in Brisbane can often be as elusive as trying to stop Maroons star Billy Slater in broken play.

And this year, tickets to the only match in Queensland will be even harder to come by if you wait and put yourself in the long queue competing for the limited amount that go on sale to the General Public on Monday, March 25.

But there is one guaranteed way to ensure your seat at Suncorp Stadium for Game Two of the Holden State of Origin series on June 26.

Simply sign on to become a Maroon Member and you will receive two reserved seats in either Category 1, 2 or 3.

Memberships are selling now through Ticketek and are a fantastic way to provide your support for Mal Meninga’s Maroons and grassroots Rugby League, which stands to benefit as well.

The Game values those who are involved in Rugby League on an annual basis.

With this in mind, members of the Rugby League Community will be able to utilise ‘Buying Windows’ which will give first access to available seats. – see below for more

March 4 & 5: Queensland Rugby League registered supporters and volunteers & Members of Queensland NRL Clubs.

March 6: All other NRL Club Members.

Tickets will be released for sale to the General Public on Monday, March 25 from 9am (QLD time) through Ticketek. Only a very limited number of tickets will be made available on this date.
