XXXX are the official beverage sponsor of rugby league in Queensland. As the QRL’s major sponsor, XXXX provide excellent support from grassroots to State of Origin level. The Queensland State of Origin Team’s association with XXXX dates back to 1991 and there would be few Maroons supporters who couldn’t name XXXX as the Maroons major sponsor.

AAMI

AAMI formed its association with Queensland Rugby League as a major sponsor of the Queensland State of Origin team in April 2003. AAMI’s sponsorship covers the Maroons involvement in the annual State of Origin series, which is one of Australia’s most anticipated sporting events.

Canterbury Clothing

Canterbury Clothing are the main clothing supplier for the Queensland State of Origin team. Canterbury was established in the New Zealand province of Canterbury in 1904 to manufacture and supply rugby jerseys, but since that time they have branched out to become a market leader in apparel other sports, including rugby league.

Channel 9

Channel 9 is a long time supporter of the great game of rugby league. Channel 9 will this year broadcast live Intrust Super Cup matches on Sundays at 2pm. Make sure you tune in!

QLD Academy of Sport

The Queensland Academy of Sport supports the game in Qld via the Emerging Origin Squad. With players from NRL clubs assembling for a three-day camp in late January annually. The players are put through their paces under the guidance of QAS Rugby League Head Coach Wayne Bennett and XXXX Maroons Coach Mal Meninga. The QAS is a great supporter of the League and our future State of Origin success!
