THE Queensland Women’s team to take on their NSW counterparts in the annual Women’s Interstate Challenge has been announced.

The two teams will face off in Sydney on Saturday, July 19, at Leichhardt Oval for the Nellie Doherty Cup before the NSW Cup match between Wests Tigers and the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs.

There are a number of new faces in the Queensland squad, with players selected following the successful staging of the QRL Women’s State Championships at Southport across the weekend.
