THE Normanby Hounds RLFC (established 1947) have been accepted into the inaugural Brisbane Rugby League competition (the replacement for the FOGS comp) for the 2015 season and are now expanding their operation to suit.

Partnering closely with the Souths Logan Magpies, the Hounds can now provide a direct pathway for those players wishing to test their ability at the highest levels as well as those players looking to play rugby league for fun in the existing Second Division competition.

As a result, they are seeking players and officials for both teams.

Normanby will be offering a unique payment structure for players in each week’s BRL team, and zero fees for all other players. ($50 uniform levy may apply)

The club is based out of Red Hill and training will be at Purtell Park, Bardon under the club’s head coach, Wayne Treleaven.

So if you are a player, team manager, strapper, FAO, strength and conditioning specialist or want to be part of the coaching team and want to get on board with the expansion of one of Brisbane’s most iconic and successful clubs, get in touch.

Contact Wayne Treleaven (Head Coach) on 0418 723 654 or Tony Casey (President) on 0403 326 469.
