Townsville Blackhawks celebrate their minor premiership success.

Townsville & Districts Blackhawks have secured the Intrust Super Cup minor premiership following their 46-22 victory over the Redcliffe Dolphins at Jack Manski Oval.
The Blackhawks will now have a week off before hosting the PNG Hunters in a fortnight, with the winner qualifying for the September 27 grand final at Suncorp Stadium.
The Week 1 semi-final matches have been confirmed. Ipswich Jets (3rd) will host the Northern Pride (6th) in Sunday’s television match, while Wynnum Manly (4th) will play Easts Tigers (5th) at BMD Kougari Oval following their tenacious win over the Langlands Park club this afternoon.
