Australian lock forward Corey Parker is looking forward to an opportunity on Friday night and taking on the number one test team New Zealand and gaining a step towards getting that mantle back.

"They are the number one side," Parker said.

"I am looking forward to Friday night because I have been on the back of two defeats from the Kiwis, so it's a lot of pride and a lot of passion in both jeresys and i'm looking forward to the game."
