Members of the XXXX Queensland Maroons squad have been hit by a minor stomach upset.
Queensland forward Jacob Lillyman did not take the field during the opposed session against the Queensland Under 18s this afternoon, while Matt Scott and Aidan Guerra trained together away from the main group under the watchful eye of performance manager Alex Corvo.
Team doctor Matt Hislop said several squad members began to feel unwell yesterday, but most had recovered quickly.
"It's a minor stomach upset that started to affect some of the playing group, but most of them have bounced back well today,” he said.
“While we’ve taken steps to quarantine players, we’re not overly concerned at this stage."
