The 2016 Intrust Super Cup premiers are farewelling a number of their stars from this season – with many key performers signing deals with NRL clubs.

The dynamic halves pairing of Cameron Cullen (Many Sea Eagles) and Jamal Fogarty (Parramatta Eels) are heading south, while forward Paterika Vaivai is getting his opportunity with the Gold Coast Titans.

The Bears however are excited to welcome both some new and familiar faces to the club.

Henare Wells returns from a stint in New Zealand, while hooker Sam Coster has signed up – having last been seen by the club last month when he played for the Illawarra Cutters in the Intrust Super Championship.

Other players to make the move to the Gold Coast include NRL-experienced prop Matt White and Lorenzo Ma’afu from the Blackhawks.
