Round 5 of the BRL A Grade In Safe Hands Cup kicks off tomorrow (Saturday, April 8) and it will be the last round of play before the Easter break.

The round will kick off with the Ipswich Jets taking on the Easts Tigers at North Ipswich Reserve at 2.15pm.

The Jets seemed to be on the right foot, but were brought to a halt by a strong Redcliffe Dolphins side last weekend. The Tigers are coming off a bye going into this game

These two sides have always produced exciting clashed and will provide some great footy.

The two strong sides in the Wynnum Manly Seagulls and Redcliffe Dolphins will go head-to-head this weekend at BMD Kougari Oval at 1pm to start off Sunday’s games.

The Dolphins are coming off a big win against the Jets last weekend and will be hoping their winning form continues. They are a competitive side and can play some great footy.

The Seagulls had a great opening to the game against the West Brisbane Panthers last weekend, but eventually lost the lead and the game.

They will be looking for some redemption this weekend, so be sure you check out this game it is expected to be a great contest.   

Bringing Round 5 to a close will be Logan Brothers hosting the Panthers on Sunday at Davies Park at 1.15pm.

Logan Brothers, who are renowned for their big forward pack and tough defence, will be tested when they take on the top-placed side.

The Panthers are yet to lose a game this year, but their coach does not think his side are playing to their full potential in attack.

They will have their limits challenged this weekend and nervous fans will be hoping their side can get the upper hand.

Valleys Diehards have the bye this weekend.
