QRL Media chatted with Redcliffe Dolphins skipper Jacob O'Shea in the lead-up to his side's FOGS Colts Challenge grand final game against Norths Devils.
O'Shea said the team would be looking to "keep things simple" before the big match and have been sticking to their regular routine.
