A special insight into Jason Hetherington's passion for the Maroon jumper:

"The call-up was special. It was on the radio and I didn't hear it. Nate: 'We'll be doing everything we can'

“It’s probably a little bit more of a different feel, (but) I don’t think there’s at all a different approach for us," Myles told media at Sanctuary Cove.“We want to win, we need to win. It’s like every game for us, there’s not one game where we go out thinking it’s OK to not get the victory."

Jacob Lillyman interview

“With big Matty (Scott) being out, it leaves a massive hole in the team,” Lillyman told media today. “He’s being probably the cornerstone in this pack for a few years. It's certainly big shoes to fill ... I’ve just got to go out there and perform that role to the best of my ability.”

Jeep - Train like an Origin Player

Wendell Sailor was in Camp Maroon today for the Jeep Train like an Origin Player Experience. More than 60 Jeep guests were put through their paces on the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove training field by Wendell and fellow Maroons greats Allan Langer and Trevor Gillmeister. “It’s been really good to be here and to enjoy seeing the boys, but also just watching the fans talk to their heroes,” Sailor says.

What's coming up? The XXXX Maroons will hold an opposed session against the Tweed Heads Seagulls on Friday; and the media will chat to Greg Inglis and Sam Thaiday before training.

Stay tuned for some interviews with a number of Maroons greats who were part of the eight series wins. Remember to use the following hashtag on social media  #celebr8
