What would Wendell Sailor say to the XXXX Maroons if he was in Mal Meninga’s shoes before Wednesday night’s third Origin match?

“There’s no such thing as a dead rubber,” Wendell says.

“Think of the players that have gone before us. Just go out there and make sure we beat NSW because we’ve been unlucky in Game 1 and Game 2; we’ve got to win Game 3.”

Big Dell was in Camp Maroon today for the Jeep Train like an Origin Player Experience.

More than 60 Jeep guests were put through their paces on the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove training field by Wendell and fellow Maroons greats Allan Langer and Trevor Gillmeister.

“It’s been really good to be here and to enjoy seeing the boys, but also just watching the fans talk to their heroes,” Sailor says.
