An estatic Luke Page told QRL TV that he was "like a little kid before Christmas" in anticipation of grand final day.
The prop forward admitted it was a tough game, especially in the opening stages.
"It was a massive arm wrestle in the first 20 minutes, seems like it went on forever," he said.
He praised the Bears halves pairing of Cameron Cullen and Jamal Fogarty for helping turn the game in their favour and putting them on the path to victory.
