Burleigh Bears coach Jim Lenihan spoke to QRL TV after his side claimed the 2016 Intrust Super Cup title.
The proud coach praised the performance of his entire side, saying the whole team put in.
"We couldn't have done it without everyone's effort," he said.
He also remarked on what a turnaround it had been from last season where they suffered a number of heavy losses, including at the hands of Redcliffe.
The Bears were soaking in the win, but will soon turn their attention to this Sunday's Intrust Super State Championship game against Illawarra Cutters on NRL grand final day.
