Australia fullback Darius Boyd spoke to NRL.com in the lead-up to this weekend's Four Nations final.
Boyd, who has never lost a game in the green and gold, was looking forward to the challenge of a tough finals game.
The match against New Zealand will be played at Anfield, the iconic home stadium of Liverpool FC.
