The Queensland Rugby League and New Souths Wales Rugby League joined together to announce an exciting new partnership with Harvey Norman this week that will provide a huge boost to female participation in rugby league.
The new sponsorship from Harvey Norman will help provide an unbroken pathway for women and girls to play the game in both states.
The cameras were there to speak with Queensland Women’s representative player Renae Kunst who detailed how much the game has grown since she first pulled on the boots, while QRL Managing Director Rob Moore highlighted the pathways available to females to play in Queensland.
