FOGS COLTS ROUND 7 PREVIEW

Round 7 of the FOGS Colts Challenge kicks off this Saturday with the Western Mustangs travelling to Suzuki Stadium, Langlands Park, to face the tough challenge of the Easts Tigers.

The Mustangs have struggled of late and have only recorded one win so far this season, while the Tigers share second spot on the ladder with the Sunshine Coast with four wins.

The ladder-leading Norths Devils will head to Piggabeen Sports Complex to take on a Tweed Heads Seagulls side who went down in a close match last weekend.

The Devils were made to fight in a see-sawing match against Wynnum Manly last weekend – so will be aiming to ensure a good start in this Sunday match to help ensure a win.

In a full round of games, the final match of the weekend will see Burleigh Bears host the Ipswich Jets in what should be an evenly-matched game.

It will be a big day of rugby league at Pizzey Park on Sunday, with the XXXX Queensland Rangers v NSW Ron Massey Cup side kicking off proceedings at 11.50am before the televised Intrust Super Cup game between the Bears and Jets at 1.40pm. The Colts match will kick off at 3.30pm.
