The former CQ Capras star said it was "a dream come true" to play in the game and "great to get the win".

While he found out early that Origin does not let you ease your way into the game; the hard-working forward produced some great stats on his time on the field; making 21 tackles and carting the ball for 72 important metres.

He about spoke getting used to the pace of the game and about playing with his Melbourne Storm club captain Cameron Smith.
