When selected for Origin this year, Dylan Napa said he wanted to “do my family's name proud, and do Queensland proud”.

It’s mission accomplished for the flamed-haired wrecking machine after last night’s barnstorming performance for the Maroons in defence and attack.

QRL Media caught up with Napa in the sheds for his thoughts on Queensland’s come-from-behind victory in Game II in Sydney last night to keep the series alive at 1-all.

“I couldn’t be more honoured and happy,” the Roosters prop said.

He said the game plan was simple – to run hard and tackle hard, both of which he did with distinction.
