Mal Meninga Cup semi final games

The finalists for this year's Mal Meninga Cup have been decided, following the completion of Round 7 of the competition.

Norths Devils, Tweed Heads Seagulls, Souths Logan Magpies and Mackay Cutters will all play next weekend in Week 1 of the finals series; with both games to be staged next Sunday, April 29 at Davies Park.

Norths finished the regular season in first position and will play the fourth-placed Cutters, while it will be an enticing match-up when the two highest-scoring teams in the competition – the second-placed Tweed Heads Seagulls and the third-placed Souths Logan Magpies – face off in their sudden death final.

The kick off times are listed below, with the Devils and Mackay to meet in the earlier game in order to allow enough time for the Cutters to make their return flight home.

Fans of junior rugby league are encouraged to get to the ground to watch both games.
