Match Review Committee Round 4 findings

The QRL Match Review Committee has released its findings following the weekend’s round of statewide competition matches.

Burleigh hooker Pat Politoni has been referred to the judiciary after being charged with striking following a first-half incident in the Round 4 Intrust Super Cup match against the Townsville Blackhawks.

The judiciary hearing will be held tomorrow night.

Townsville’s Michael Parker-Walshe (Detrimental Conduct – Grade 1) and Tom Opacic (Striking – Grade 1) were also charged following incidents in the same game.
