In pictures: BMD Premiership Round 1
The opening weekend of BMD Premiership matches saw all the teams give their all in Round 1, with some exciting rugby league played across the board. Brisbane Tigers were too strong for Souths Logan Magpies, Tweed Seagulls defeated North Queensland Gold Stars and new team Wynnum Manly Seagulls upset Burleigh Bears.
