WHILE most of the trial matches scheduled for the weekend in Queenslands southeast were washed out due to the weather further north games went ahead as planned.
The Northern Pride were big winners against the Mackay Cutters in Ayr, while the Central Queensland Capras also recorded a good win against the Moranbah Miners.
