Marketing Events Officer - Burleigh Bears 

The Burleigh Bears Rugby League Football Club are seeking a Marketing and Events Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing all club events, overseeing the club's marketing and digital media and providing administrative support to the Rugby League department.

The successful candidate will be required to have a high degree of flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

HR Business Partner - Queensland Rugby League

Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Manager, this person will play a critical role in implementing the people strategy at QRL, helping to grow a great culture and ensuring that it's a great place to work.

You will focus your time across both day to day advisory and operational tasks as well as supporting longer term strategic projects, with responsibilities including:

- Performance and capability - providing advice, coaching and support to leaders and their teams to enhance high performance across the business;
- Operations - end to end recruitment, assisting leaders with performance improvement plans, supporting leaders with people management, maintaining employee records and changes, and developing and maintaining policies and procedures; and
- Project support - supporting the CHRM to implement a range of state-wide people initiatives, fostering a success orientated culture of accountability and efficiency.

Receptionist - Queensland Rugby League 

Due to an internal promotion we're looking for a permanent full time Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a busy Receptionist or Customer Service Administrator role is required and experience working with a computerised telephony system is beneficial.

This role is not suitable for a recent graduate or someone who has not worked for at least a few years in a busy office environment.
