These highly sought-after roles carry stringent minimal requirements:
Coaches must have an ARL Senior Club Coach (Level II) Certificate to be eligible, and be coaching at an appropriate level in 2014
Managers must have experience in managing teams
Trainers must have a minimum ARL First Aid Officers Level I Certificate and relevant experience
Selectors are expected to have previous experience with representative teams
Additionally, anyone wishing to work with teams under 18 years of age must hold or be eligible to obtain a blue card.
