A Murgon player runs the ball against Gayndah in last Saturday's Burnett match at Mundubbera.

Mundubbera hosted a triple header in the Burnett League on Saturday.

A huge crowd was in attendance for the day’s rugby league, with Gayndah and Murgon Mustangs going head to head in the first match.

The game was evenly poised early before Murgon unleashed their attack and blew away Gayndah in the second half to win 104-20.

In the second game, the Theodore Roosters went up against Nanango.  It was a close contest until halftime when Mitch Anderson (three tries) and Shane Hooper (two tries) destroyed Nanango's backline, along with five-eighth Stanley Bligh (two tries).
