2014 Capricorn Capra Trials – Emerald June 7 & 8

THE Capricorn Capra trials were conducted at Emerald’s Alan McIndoe Ovals for the Under 13, Under 14 and Under 16 age groups, with players vying for selection into the 2014 Capricorn Capras sides to play at the Junior State Carnival in Cairns from July 2-6.

Rockhampton fielded strong sides in each of the age groups, as well as allocating players to the Central West sides for the carnival.

This proved to be a get opportunity for all players from Rocky and Central West with the teams going into a camp at St Pats School in Emerald, after only one training run together.
