Burleigh Bears halfback Tyler Chadburn will contest an offensive language charge at the QRL judiciary tonight.

Teammate James Dunley (shoulder charge) has taken an early plea and will miss the Bears’ important Intrust Super Cup match against the PNG Hunters on Saturday.

Souths Logan’s Rez Phillips will sit out the next two matches after pleading guilty to a Grade 2 shoulder charge.

Mackay’s Kelvin Nielsen took an early plea to a Grade 1 dangerous contact charge, but is free to play this weekend.

The dangerous contact charge made against Wynnum Manly’s Tim Natusch was withdrawn by the match review committee.
