A night of entertainment featuring stars from the worlds of boxing and football has been planned for Saturday, December 13, at the Zillmere Sports Club with NRL players – including Queensland and Kangaroos forward Sam Thaiday – signing up to be involved.

Presented by Steven Wijangco and supported by the Brisbane Broncos and Aspley Rugby League Football Club; the Worlds Collide event will see Thaiday joined by fellow rugby league players Dunamis Lui and Josh McGuire as they take on their opponents in the ring.

As well as the action in the ring – there will also be auctions and dancing; all while raising funds and increasing awareness of depression and anxiety for Beyond Blue.

There are also sponsorship opportunities available for those wanting to provide their support – download the information here.

Doors open at 5pm with the first fight at 5.45pm.

The evening will poet Rupert McCall as the guest MC.
