Divisional Carnival 2014 Champions: Northern Marlins

The Northern Marlins have named their team to contest the QRL Divisional Championships on the weekend of June 6-7.

Last year, the Marlins won the Championships with two convincing victories and are looking to build on this success in 2015.

Only one player remains from last year’s squad, Phil Ramage from Proserpine, with many players going on to play in the Intrust Super Cup.

The squad comprises a number of players who have played at Intrust Super Cup level or are on the verge of selection in this competition. The addition of Grant Rovelli (former Cowboys and NZ Warriors NRL player) and Jardine Bobongie (former captain of the Mackay Cutters ISC team) in 2015 adds some experience to a very talented young squad.
