The CQ Capras will be counting on a mix of NRL experience and local league enthusiasm next season, with players from across all levels of the game signing on with the club for 2017.

Coach Kim Williams has signed former Norths Devils hooker Krys Freeman from Newcastle to help ease the retirement of the experienced Ian Webster, while fellow former Knight Ken Tofilau is a player to watch, having previously taken out the New Zealand Domestic Player of the Year award

The losses for the club however are significant, with half Matt Minto heading south to the Magpies, while rising star and defensive warhorse Samson Graham also moving to south-east Queensland.
