Taste of Harmony celebrations at QRL
The QRL office recently hosted a special A Taste of Harmony lunch, where staff joined with League In Harmony Youth Advocates for a quick bite. The Youth Advocates Induction saw students from Wavell SHS, Capalaba SC and Tullawong SHS take part in the program that builds student capacity around them as leaders. These students are seen as future leaders of their schools, their communities and now the NRL. The Taste of Harmony was held in conjunction with National Harmony Day and the NRL's In League In Harmony program.
Queensland Rugby League respects and honours the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
