Wests Tigers: The Tigers are 1-17, with no changes to the side which took down the Knights in Newcastle in round 19. Michael Chee Kam was hospitalised after being knocked out late in the game but has been named to face the Cowboys pending concussion protocols. Tommy Talau and Chris McQueen were trimmed from the squad on game day and Jacob Liddle and Josh Reynolds were cut from the extended bench 24 hours before kick-off.

Cowboys: North Queensland are also 1-17 as named on Tuesday. Michael Morgan returns after a three-week absence recovering from concussion. John Asiata goes back to the bench and Corey Jensen is out of the 17. Coen Hess has been retained as the starting centre after impressing with 16 runs for 130 metres against the Sharks. Tom Gilbert and Gideon Gela-Mosby dropped off the reserves list an hour before kick-off, while Corey Jensen and Reuben Cotter were cut from the playing squad on Wednesday night.

Warriors: Jazz Tevaga has replaced replacement hooker Karl Lawton following the suspension of Isaac Luke. Lachlan Burr takes Tevaga's place at lock while Sam Lisone and Adam Pompey drop out of the final squad. Kodi Nikorima is back at five-eighth after missing last week's narrow loss to Parramatta with an ankle injury. Chanel Harris-Tavita shifts to the bench. Luke and Adam Keighran were the first two cuts to the 21-man squad named on Tuesday. The Warriors have lost their past five games at Mt Smart Stadium.

Raiders: Are 1-17. Sam Williams and Hudson Young are the two players to drop out. No injury concerns for the Green Machine, who flew direct to New Zealand after their win at Penrith on Sunday due to the short turnaround. Sebastian Kris and Royce Hunt were the two players left out the squad 24 hours out from kick-off. Josh Hodgson will play his 100th NRL game.

Broncos: Origin back-rower Matt Gillett has been ruled out after failing to recover from a lower back injury. Alex Glenn shifts from centre to back row and Xavier Coates comes into the centres. Joe Ofahengaue will come from the bench. Thomas Flegler (suspension) is back while Tevita Pangai jnr will miss the blockbuster clash through suspension. Halfback Tom Dearden (ankle) was named among the reserves on Tuesday but he dropped out on Thursday along with Gillett. The last two men omitted on Friday night were Shaun Fensom and Herbie Farnworth.  

Storm: Suliasi Vunivalu returns as the starting winger in place of Sandor Earl, who drops to the reserves. That's the only alteration to the 17-man side beaten 11-10 by Manly in extra time in round 19. Marion Seve and Tino Fa'asuamaleaui were omitted 24 hours before kick-off. Tui Kamikamica and Sandor Earl were the last two to drop out an hour before game time.

Sea Eagles: Apisai Koroisau has been elevated to the starting line-up from the reserves, with Manase Fainu dropping to the bench and Lachlan Croker cut from the 17-man team. Manly have won eight of their past 10 games against the Knights. Brendan Elliott and Lloyd Perrett were the two players left out 24 hours out from kick-off, while Jack Gosiewski was the last player cut before kick-off.

Knights: Nathan Brown swung the axe on Tuesday as the Knights look to snap a four-game losing streak. Lachlan Fitzgibbon (elbow) joined the team for training this week after surgery three weeks ago and is on track to play. The Knights beat the Sea Eagles last season at Lottoland for the first time since 2006. Beau Fermor and Jirah Momoisea were omitted on the eve of the match. The team will line up 1-17 as named on Tuesday, with Jamie Buhrer and Chris Randall the last players cut before kick-off.

Bulldogs: No changes from last week as coach Dean Pay keeps faith in the 17 who pushed the premiers all the way in a 20-12 loss on Sunday. Panthers: No panic for Ivan Cleary despite the winning run ending at seven on Sunday. Titans: Ash Taylor comes in for Tyrone Roberts at five-eighth after missing two months for personal reasons. Mitch Rein joins Roberts in dropping out of the match-day 17. Utilities Brenko Lee and Tyrone Peachey both retain their place on the bench. The Titans will play at the SCG for the first time in their history. Dragons: Paul McGregor has kept his starting 13 intact, while Patrick Kaufusi and Jeremy Latimore are the new faces on the bench. Josh Kerr and Matt Dufty were cut from the reserves on Saturday, while Tristan Sailor and Mikaele Ravalawa were omitted on Sunday.

Eels: Michael Jennings (knee) is back in the centres, pushing Brad Takairangi to the wing and Ethan Parry out of the side. Shaun Lane returns from a finger injury in the back row and Marata Niukore goes to the bench. Oregon Kaufusi is the man to drop out. Josh Hoffman and Andrew Davey were omitted on Saturday. Forward Peni Terepo and back Jaeman Salmon were left off on Sunday.
