Hunters name 40-man squad for pre-season

The PNG Hunters have named 40-man train-on squad to take part in their pre-season training camp kicking off today (Monday, November 25) in Port Moresby.

Newly appointed Hunters coach Matt Church will run his eye over the squad members as they prepare for season 2020.

Most players have arrived into camp today with a few more expected to arrive tomorrow. All players will undergo medicals, while Church will gather the squad to have a chat before the players begin their gym and field training sessions.

The club’s recent Test representatives, many involved in the recent Kumuls campaign which included the ground-breaking win over the Great Britain Lions including Stanton Albert, Enock Maki, Terry Wapi, Stanford Talita and Garry Lo, will join the pre-season camp in the new year.
