Where to watch footy live and free this weekend

Two statewide competitions games - one BHP Premiership clash and the Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup grand final, and the three regional carnivals - the Chairman's Challenge, Foley Shield and 47th Battalion, will be broadcast live and free from today.

The Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup grand final between Townsville Blackhawks and Tweed Seagulls will be broadcast on QRL.com.au and on the QRL Facebook page.

BHP Premiership

The BHP Premiership clash on Saturday between North Queensland Gold Stars and Brisbane Tigers will be broadcast on QRL.com.au, on the QRL Facebook page, Intrust Super Cup app and NRL.com.

Regional carnivals

With representative games being played in Townsville, Bundaberg and Brisbane as qualifiers for the recently-announced XXXX A Grade League Championship, the Foley Shield, 47th Battalion and Chairman's Challenge will all be available to watch live or on demand on QRL.com.au and on each region's Facebook page.
