Top of the comp - most points and tries scored so far in 2021

The Hastings Deering Colts competition has produced some great games this season with great tries scored and plenty points produced.

Wynnum Manly Seagulls gun Braden Whittaker is out in front on the leading points scorer ladder, having kicked a remarkable 68 goals already this season.

Whittaker, who plays in the halves for the top-of-the-table Seagulls, has also crossed for three tries, adding to his total tally of 148 points.

Norths Devils winger Lodoviko Cokanauto sits at the top of the leading try scorers ladder, but is closely followed by Sunshine Coast Falcons centre Blake Wilson and Brisbane Tigers winger Ronald Philitoga, with seven players behind them with nine tries.

Round 12 of the Hastings Deering Colts competition may have been cancelled, but Round 15 is set to proceed as scheduled on the weekend of August 21-22 if restrictions across the entire state are lifted by 5pm on Monday, August 16, with the competition to continue until the grand final in October.

This means there are ample games for players from all teams across the competition to add to their total on their way to winning matches for their teams.
