Teenage half Ezra Mam will make his NRL debut tonight against the Newcastle Knights after Captain Adam Reynolds failed a fitness test on a groin strain.
Mam has been a standout in the Hostplus Cup this season playing for Broncos Affiliate Souths Logan Magpies after also putting in an impressive preseason trial performance for the Broncos against Wynnum Manly.
Experienced backrower Kurt Capewell will captain the Broncos tonight in Reynolds’ absence.
