The Harvey Norman National Championships wrapped up on Sunday with all 14 teams in action, including two blockbuster grand finals.

NSW Country took out the open's final by beating Western Australia while the  Queensland Rubys took out the under 19s decider with a 10-4 victory over NSW City.

In other key matches on the day, NSW Country and the Queensland Sapphires played off for third spot in the under 19s division and the First Nations Gems finished third in the open age after beating Victoria.

Results - Day 4 (Sunday, June 12)

Opens - Northern Territory v Australian Defence Force

The Australian Defence Force finished their campaign on a strong note with a 10-0 victory over the Northern Territory.

Tries to Cassidy Morley and Justine Sou set up the win, which means the ADF finish fifth in the open's division.

Under 19s - Western Australia v Northern Territory

Northern Territory recorded a 20-0 win over Western Australia to finish their under 19s campaign. 

The Titans crossed for four tries with fullback Abigayle Sekitoga strong at the back, scoring a try and kicking a goal in the win.

Opens - First Nations Gems v Victoria

A double to Tawana Tago helped the First Nations Gems to a 12-0 victory over Victoria to finish their campaign.

The victory ensures the Gems finish third in the opens tournament.

Under 19s - Queensland Sapphires v NSW Country

NSW Country secured a hard-fought 8-4 victory over the Queensland Sapphires to finish third in the under 19s division.

A double to Jada Taylor helped guide the team to the victory while Kylie Janes also got over the line for the Sapphires.

Opens - NSW Country v Western Australia (Grand Final)

NSW Country proved too good for Western Australia by taking the open's title 24-0. Read the match report here

Under 19s - Victoria v South Australia

Victoria held on to beat South Australia in the play-off for seventh.

Victoria led 16-0 at half-time but a gallant SA outfit stormed back with two tries close to the siren.

Under 19s - NSW City v Queensland Rubys (Grand Final)

The Queensland Rubys enacted revenge for last year's grand final result by beating NSW City 10-4 in a gruelling contest. Read the match report here.
