Another exciting season of the Toowoomba Junior Rugby League reached its climax at the Toowoomba Sports Ground at the weekend for this year's grand final day.

In a tremendous display of junior rugby league talent, all Toowoomba juniors' girls competitions – under 13s, 15s and 17s – were on show.

All players on the day shone on the biggest stage as they came alive in front of a passionate crowd on Saturday, September 17.

The Roosters flexed their muscle in the under 13s girls' grand final, with Valleys defeating Souths 54-8.

Twenty points separated Valleys from Dalby in the under 13s boys' decider, with the Roosters coming out on top 28-8.

Souths won convincingly over Highfields in the under 15s girls' game, with the Tigers chasing away the Eagles 28-18.

The Eagles came out on top against Brothers in the under 17s girls' final, 60-10.

But the under 15s boys' match was the game of the day, as the Valleys Roosters and South Burnett Eagles were fast-paced and put on a good show. The Roosters snatched victory from the Eagles, 26-24.

Dalby then defeated Brothers 24-12 in the under 16s boys' match and the Devils also took home the trophy in the under 17s (main image).

The Dalby Devils finished their final junior rugby league season in style – winning six premierships in their junior years - defeating the Valleys Roosters 28-6.

The Devils under 17s boys won premierships in under 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 16s and 17s across their time in the Toowoomba Junior Rugby League.
