"Making the grand final means a lot to me. The boys have worked really hard this year in preparation for this final and to be here, it's quite surreal. Hopefully we go out there Sunday and get the result that we want. We’ve got a lot of depth in our squad… it’s really strong. We do have a squad that can win. Our spine - Lachlan West, Jake House and Bailey Black - they’ve got the skills to be able to steer us around the park and get the win. The Blackhawks are a big side. We came up against them two weeks ago and they had very mobile middles who run hard and tackle hard. We’ve got to control the middle. And they’ve also got a good fullback in their captain (Ragarive Wavik). We also need to control him; he’s a good mover of the ball and runs. It’s a proud moment to get to a grand final…  it’s something quite remarkable. To win, it would be something big. Hopefully we go out there and do everyone proud."

"It means the world to make the grand final. We've had a massive season this year after a massive pre-season. It’s been tough. We’ve worked real hard, especially for each other and we've built such a tight-knit squad. I think we've built up a lot of resilience this year. I know a lot of these older boys, they've had quite tough years in the past and they’ve gone down early in the first rounds of finals. I think that has built a lot of resilience in them and that shows throughout the games when we're down. We know that we can come back and we will come back and momentum will change and we've found ways to win this year and that’s built a lot of confidence around the group. For me, it all feels surreal. As soon as I get to Redcliffe, the nerves will kick in but I can’t wait. I’ve got a lot of family coming to watch, so that’ll be awesome. I think the person people should be looking out for in our team is our fullback Lachy West. He's got so much strike. He’s been really good to me this year, taught me a lot of things and he’s always in my ear in the game, calling shots. He’s definitely the man to look out for in the game."

"Being in the grand final means a lot. Obviously we've worked really hard over the last 10 months so getting to the final stage of the season is really rewarding. The depth of our squad is good. We’ve had a few injuries and suspensions throughout the year but the boys who have come into the squad, they’ve really done well and it has obviously paid off. We have a lot of strike across the park but Dudley Dotoi in the centres, he's been really good for us lately. He scored a double last week in times we definitely needed the points. He’s done really well and our winger Jesse Yallop is a try-scoring machine. So keep an eye on those dudes. With me being captain, I just want to lead the boys. We all have our specific jobs that we have to do out there and if we all tune in and do our jobs, as a team, we have the prospect of going back-to-back. That would mean a lot to the club and to the boys as well. Everyone is very excited. We've got an opportunity to put our names in the history books by going back-to-back. It’s just really exciting. We have a big opportunity to make our names known in the history books. A lot of boys are excited but we're just focusing on things that we can control and hopefully make Roy Baira a happy coach. We haven’t looked too much at the Tigers, we’ve just been focusing on ourselves and trying to get our things right. We’ll have a game plan and we just need to stick to it for the 80 minutes. We've made it this far and we’re taking a lot of confidence out of last week. The boys are switched on. Hopefully we can get the win. Roy just says to keep it simple, play our game plan, trust each other and everything will unfold for itself. Bring it on."
