Queensland Rugby League is currently seeking proposals from Indigenous-owned apparel companies for select Indigenous carnivals in 2026.
The QRL is proud to provide the opportunity for Indigenous-owned brands to also be available considerations, alongside the existing seven licensed apparel providers, at the listed carnivals in 2026.
This opportunity provides scope for Indigenous-owned brands to build further capability and trial their operations to be ready for future tenders for the right to manufacture club apparel for all QRL affiliated competitions, not just these select indigenous carnivals.
Proposals from companies interested in acquiring these one-off carnivals rights to be a non-exclusive supplier for the 2026 carnivals listed are now encouraged to review the proposal and submit their applications as per the timelines outlined.
