Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Queensland Rugby League Limited (QRL), ABN 65 009 878 013, 83 Castlemaine Street, Milton QLD 4064.
1. Eligibility
- Entry is open to all junior rugby league players who are registered as a 2026 player with the Queensland Rugby League (QRL) before 30 April 2026.
- Aged between 8 and 15 years old as of 30 April 2026.
- Parental or guardian consent is required for all entrants.
2. Promotion Period
- The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on 1 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 April 2026.
3. How to Enter
- Eligible juniors will be automatically entered into the draw upon completion of their 2026 QRL player registration before the closing date.
- Only one entry per eligible participant will be accepted.
4. The Prize
- One winner will receive flights, accommodation, and tickets to State of Origin Game I in Sydney. The prize includes: Three (3) tickets to State of Origin Game I at Accor Stadium, Sydney, on Wednesday 27 May 2026; Return economy airfares for the winner, one friend, and one nominated guardian (from the closest airport with direct flights to Sydney); Two (2) nights’ accommodation for three guests in a Deluxe Twin Room; Ground transport to and from Sydney Airport and the provided accommodation.
- All other costs and incidental expenses (including but not limited to transport to the departure airport, meals, and travel insurance) are the responsibility of the winner and their guardian.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by QRL after the competition closes on 30 April 2026.
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details associated with their QRL registration.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
6. General Conditions
- The prize experience is subject to the winner and their guardian complying with all QRL and venue health and safety protocols.
- QRL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed fraudulent or inappropriate.
- The winner and guardian must consent to reasonable participation in promotional activities, including media interviews, photographs, and social media content relating to the campaign.
7. Liability
- QRL is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
- Travel and participation are subject to any government health and safety directions or restrictions in place at the time of Game I.
8. Privacy
- All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with QRL’s Privacy Policy, available at qrl.com.au/privacy.
