Trent Young - Statewide Competitions Director.
Young brings a wealth of rugby league and business management experience to his position as a QRL director.
A former Hostplus Cup and National Rugby League player, Young was a hooker who played 30 Cup games for the Souths Magpies, and 80 games for Easts Tigers from 2003 to 2009. Additionally playing 15 games for the South Sydney Rabbitohs
In 2004, Young and his brother Scott founded Young Guns Container Crew, which now provides services across Australian cities and multiple countries.
Young has also applied his business knowledge to several organisations at board and director levels.
He is honoured to have the opportunity to give back to a game that has played such a significant role in his life.
