Documents And Policies
The Queensland Rugby League has a range of policies specific to the operation and management of the game in Queensland.
Clubs, Leagues, Associations and individuals should read such in conjunction with the QRL Constitution & Rules.
For Clubs, your first reference point for clarification is your Local League Secretary who will refer you if unable to assist.
For Local Leagues, your Regional Co-Ordinator or Division Manager is your first reference point. Click Here for QRL Contacts.

Liquor Licensing
Community liquor permits must be obtained if your club wishes to sell alcohol on a one-off occasion or home games.
Applications for community liquor permits (CLP) can now be submitted online if the event is being held within one of the Brisbane pilot postcode areas.
For details of which Brisbane suburbs are included in the pilot, see the fact sheet. To access the online CLP application form go to www.olgr.qld.gov.au.
For events being held outside of the pilot area, paper-based applications can still be used and you can download the application form at www.olgr.qld.gov.au.
