TWEED Heads Seagull Tom Kingston capped a strong year on the field by taking out the clubs Best and Fairest award for the 2013 season.


Kingston who has recently signed a one-year deal to join the Gold Coast Titans for the 2014 season was awarded the Col Hayes Trophy at the club presentation held at the Piggabeen Sports Complex on Saturday, October 5.


Young forward Blake Anderson took home the Coachs Award.
