9.31am: Update Maroons Origin squad

The Maroons camp announces it won’t be bringing in a replacement for the injured Josh Papalii.

1.03pm: NSW Blues Game 2 team

The spotlight turns to NSW as the Blues announce their Game 2 team which includes Will Hopoate and Josh Dugan. 

2.26pm: Maroons raise spirits in Longreach

The Fan Day is now well and truly in full swing. Tony Webeck reports on all of the colour following the street parade.

3.20pm: Featured Origin Moment

There can be no denying the Maroons have their backs to the wall given the big injury toll. So with this in mind, we bring you a video to get the heart pumping - the 1989 classic featuring Wally Lewis and that amazing win against all odds.

5.00pm: Milford's 'mixed emotions'

The youngest member of the Maroons squad - Raiders star Anthony Milford - arrives in Brisbane and reveals why he initially had mixed feelings when told of his selection.

7.27pm: Gallery: Longreach Fan Day

The story of the day is the Maroons' visit to Longreach. Social media is in overdrive with photos and messages as the squad makes its way to Sanctuary Cove after a big day of travel commitments.
