STEEDEN is delighted to announce an extension of its partnership with the Queensland Rugby League (QRL).

This new agreement will see STEEDEN become the official and exclusive Match and Training Ball supplier for all QRL governed competitions for the next three years.

Queensland Rugby League Managing Director Rob Moore was thrilled to continue the long standing relationship.

“STEEDEN is globally recognised as the Rugby League football. The introduction of an official QRL Training Ball will ensure that players get to train and play with a STEEDEN and we encourage all Clubs to support our partnership by purchasing these official QRL STEEDEN balls.”

STEEDEN Commercial Manager, Jon Clarke, agreed.

“We are delighted to be extending our partnership with the QRL and in particular launching the new QRL Training Ball, which is the first time these have been made available to Clubs,” he said.

“The fact that the QRL have chosen to appoint STEEDEN as their exclusive football supplier and licensee is a testament to the performance of the footballs."

STEEDEN Sales Manager and ex-NRL player, Luke Patten, was also pleased to see the partnership continue.

“It’s great to see STEEDEN’s being used throughout the game in Queensland and I’m looking forward to working the Clubs to ensure they are using the best rugby league balls available.

“The QRL Training Ball will be available shortly and I’m positive the Clubs will love the quality and the pricing will be very competitive.”

This partnership, in conjunction with STEEDEN’s agreements with the NRL, Kangaroos, Rugby League World Cup 2013 and NSWRL further confirms STEEDEN’s position as the brand of choice in the world of Rugby League.
