Queensland Rugby League's Trish Drummond and Resilient Leadership Foundation's James Greenshields review this years participants of the Young Warriors program and give a clue as to what can be expected next year.
"The program itself is really taking off and broadening even further," Greenshields said.
One of the key components that Greenshields is looking to develop is the mentor aspect.
"The mentors themselves are getting an incredible amount, not only professionally from this (program), but personally from this."
"We strongly encourage members of the clubs, strong men/male figures within the clubs to put their hand up and get involved in the program."
