Atherton Roosters celebrate 101 years with special lunch

The Atherton Senior Roosters Rugby League held celebrations for 101 years with a Ladies Lunch at the Kairi Hotel.

A club lunch is popular event held each year to bring together women and their partners from the local region who have an interest in rugby league.

Sponsors, players, volunteers and supporters are all invited to attend and it provides everyone with a chance to catch up, mingle and get to know each other better.

This year, the special guest speaker was QRL Cairns operations manager Sheron McDougall.

The compere at the event was Atherton Roosters head coach Graham Clark Senior.
