For every Maroons try in the 2026 State of Origin, Westpac will donate $5,000 to Queensland’s Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service.
Westpac has donated $155,000 since 2024 to the Queensland service through its ‘Tries for Lives’ initiative.
This funding has gone towards essential equipment, training and resources for the Service who perform around/upwards of 400 missions each year
Westpac’s commitment is for both the men’s and women’s games, ensuring equal support for both squads.
The 2026 Women's State of Origin series kicks off on 30 April in Newcastle, while the men’s series begins on 27 May in Sydney.
